The Easy Company
Foundation
It’s an “Easy” call…Inspired by the selflessness of the men of Easy Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment (of the “Band of Brothers” book and mini-series fame), and, by the selflessness of those who came before and since, Easy Company Brewing donates—through our companion foundation—100% of profits to amazing charities that do amazing work on behalf of veterans, first-responders, and their families.
Our Mission
How Our Foundation Works
Our Mission is “Turning Financial Gain Into Financial Good.” We are a private foundation that supports veteran and first responder-centric causes. We are financed through the sales of the products offered by Easy Company Brewing LLC, and through private donations. From those funds, we subtract out the normal operating expenses that go along with operating an organization like this*, and then divide what remains of that money among our carefully selected charity partners.
*Normal operating expenses include administrative costs such as office supplies, rent, utilities, employee compensation, marketing expenses, etc. In addition, a prudent amount of funds are held in reserve for any unforeseen needs and circumstances.
It is estimated that the cost of taking care of our nation’s veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan alone will cost nearly $2.5 trillion dollars. Aside from the catastrophically injured, who need immediate assistance for themselves and their families, according to a study by Brown University, the cost of caring for our veterans—especially war veterans—tends to peak between 30 and 40 years after the conflict. The federal government cannot possibly provide for all of our veteran’s needs, whether financial, physical, mental, or spiritual, and that is where some of the incredible charities that support veterans come into play.

The incredible charities we’ve chosen to support were selected by us according to a few simple conditions; they must be highly rated by several watchdog sites, they must give a MINIMUM of $.80 of every dollar to boots-on-the-ground activities, keep their administrative costs very low, and do amazing work on behalf of our amazing veterans and their families. It is our commitment is to hold ourselves to the same high standards.
